The restaurant opens at 11:30am today. Lunch prices are lower for all you can eat during lunch hours.
No too much options!
Yes we are open regular hour!
First and last time i visit this place. My food was ordered on the iPad three separate times but I did not receive it. Everyone at my table ate. I advised the staff numerous times and no one cared. Restaurant wasnt even busy. We sat there for 1.5 hours. When I went up to pay I told the cashier that I was not paying for something i didnt receive. She fake apologied to me, then has the audacity to say to me that i tried one dish. I admitted to it but i was not paying $30 for sampling one dish that i didnt even enjoy. Just RUDE! I am usually a good tipper. First time in my entire life that i left 0, its the same score for my review!!!!!
I've been to 4 of these Fusion restaurants now (3 in Calgary) and this one in Lethbridge was fantastic. Everything came out hot, correct, in good time and was cooked/ prepared perfect. Excellent.
The food here is usually really good. All you can eat for about $30 is awesome for such a variety of rolls and other dishes. I personally have a love of avocado and mango so the fusion roll hits the spot nicely. Sometimes when it's busy it gets noisy, food takes a while to come, and you may get someone else's order, so be vigilant and don't be afraid to ask questions and you will come away with a belly full of goodness.
I used to enjoy going here for the all-you-can-eat buffet. I was here this past weekend for lunch, and mid-lunch we saw a MOUSE scurry across the floor!!! What makes this so much worse is the lack of concern from the staff. We told our server and he asked where it went, so we pointed him in the direction where it ran to. He went over to the area where we pointed and stood there and looked for it for a bit before walking back to the kitchen. He then comes from the kitchen and starts to serve us more food that we had ordered, as though nothing had happened!! We told him that we had lost our appetites and just wanted to leave. None of the staff seemed concerned at all. The manager didn't come and apologize, and they continued to serve the other patrons like nothing happened. It almost seemed as though this is an issue that they are used to. We will never be back.
Service slow, even with reduced capacity... Got food before water.
I tried all you can eat buffet at fusion. It was awesome, many items are available to try. Staffs are cordial and friendly.
Delicious, tasty food, great variety, there is something here for everyone.
Anyone who says this place has a good selection has never been to an actual sushi restaurant. I went with friends and there were so many mistakes with our order. I got salmon maki and beef Teriyaki but I ordered yam tempura and vegitable stir fry. They would forget things like our tempura sauce, they assumed we couldn't use chopsticks. There was also something floating in my water. Horrible service and horrible restaurants they Calgary location is much better.
First of all the positive: The sushi is fantastic, some of the best in town. I have eaten in house and have ordered from Skip the dishes. When I've ordered through Skip the Dishes the order has been complete and missing nothing. Prices are reasonable. Here's why I give a 3: Both times I've ordered through Skip the order has been excessively late. I was quoted 40-50 min and it was an hour and a half. This was not the courier, it was Fusion. A second courier had to be sent because my order was not ready for the first one. The sushi was again delicious, the tempura was soggy and greasy - I couldn't eat it - and the green curry was pretty gross but I still ate it. I would order from Fusion again but only in house, and only the sushi. As for in house: I've only been once, service was slow, untrained staff, but the manager picked up the slack and she was great. Very polite
Went for dinner for the first time and the food was incredible. Service is very good. Definitely would go back.
Delicious all you can eat! Great price, good selection, great service! I love having lunch here, always leave full & satisfied! Worth a stop in to try.
*This review is purely based on the lunch buffet* Fusion sushi has a very passable lunch menu, with a large selection and delicious dishes. However, they did lack a few of my favorites (I'll assume they are on the more expensive dinner buffet) The service was nice, but orders are taken from an iPad. This is quite nice for avid sushi fans, but could potentially pose a problem for guests unsure of what they are ordering. The problem is further escalated by the low resolution pictures that barely resembled the dish I was served. While fusion was unable to stand out to me from any other sushi restaurant, their food still held a remarkable quality and I would highly recommend checking out (for less than $17) their lunch buffet.
Tonnes of options for the all you can eat menu. If you go at lunch it is an excellent deal. The iPads make it super easy to order. The only thing they are missing is a better description of the menu items and better pictures. Great to go with a group and try food together.
Amazing food experience! Highly recommend!
awesome food and friendly staff. We go there often
Really good food. Really enjoyed the selection! I mostly had sushi. It was very delicious
Food was great, but the one server brought our food to a table near us and we had to reorder it. My water was never refilled even when the table beside us had theirs refilled and the server looked right at my glass. But overall not a terrible experience. Had better, but definitely had worse. And the food is always amazing.
I would not recommend the food here. They have less of a selection of fish than other all you can eat places in lethbridge(for example they don't have butter fish). Then the maki rolls were more rice than anything else. The tempura was over battered, so it was gross. Also the green tea ice cream tasted like vanilla ice and licorice(aka not green tea) the photos on the iPad do not match the product that is givenUpdate March 2019;Still bad.
The price was very good for all you can eat sushi. The food was mediocre, not great but good for the price you're paying. I gave it 2 instead of 3 stars because the servers never smiled once, would plunk the food down on the table and then walk away without a word, took forever to bring anything out or clear anything off. After 20mins of sitting with empty dishes on the table I finally stopped our server to ask for the bill. (it wasn't busy either. Only four tables had people in them, including us) and when my friend asked for change after fifteen minutes of waiting for them to bring it back we finally just left. I probably won't go back.
The food is phenomenal! Service is good, and food comes out pretty fast.
Always love this place. Their all you can eat is totally worth it, as they have a huge menu that includes sushi, but there is so much more! I would recommend this place for a night out, when you want to loosen your belt.
Lots to choose from. Average tasting with quality ingredients. At almost $30 per person make sure your appetite is big, very big if you want your money s worth. All the vegetable sushi choices are vegan including vegan mayo as a condiment. The udon veggie soup and veggie stir fry are also vegan options. The tempura veggies are lightly battered and very tasty, and vegan.
Good service. Good time to go because it's quiet, just make sure to respect the rules and make a reservation.
Best bang for your buck if you like thai, japanese, or chinese food.
Amazing all you can eat specials for certain times wonderful price, Good food, nice service. You order what you'd like from the tablet at your table it was pretty neat. Ordered lots. Would have given a 5 star but the blue alcohol drink I ordered wasn't good at all :(
Only 1 star because there isn’t a no star option. Very long time to get food. The sushi chefs are not good at all. The rolls are sloppy the rice is dry and doesn’t taste good and the portions of meat are super small they mind as well be just rice rolls. Temperature of the sashimi is warm instead of cold and kind of slimey. The second order of sashimi came still frozen with ice in the center. Now the positives lol. Nice looking place.Definitely won’t be back. $28 per adult for the dinner menu and just extremely disappointed I waisted an afternoon waiting for bad sushi.
I've had a positive experience when eating at fusion, but it's a hit and miss. Some days you'll go and you'll get great quality sushi and rolls, other days they will pack your rolls with vegetables and add minimum amounts of fish/meat. I've also noticed that the last few months their tuna hasnt been the best quality, usually being dark brown in colour and being extremely fishy (a sign that it has been left out, or is old)
Great food at a good price. My favorite is the spicy tuna roll and the cheese wontons.
Very good food. Small portions so can try many different things. Or order more of the stuff you liked.
Best sushi ever..I tell all my friends we're to go eat
Decent sushi, but pretty slow
Food always comes cooked good and the service is awesome. Really like the i pad ordering system.
Good service, interesting sources.
Great supper today. Yes they are open for dine in but you have to phone for a reservation only.
Owners are excellent, food was delicious. All you can eat menu has a ton of selection. The service was very fast, within a few minutes of something new being ordered it was brought to the table. All the servers were great. My friend dropped a $100 bill and it was picked up by one of the servers and given back to him. Thank you for the excellent experience. Will definitely visit again.
We had our family out for my daughter's birthday. My parents aren't really into this kind of food but they loved it.. Ordering small portions... Eating.. Ordering more was a great way to eat as much as you wanted without ordering way too much food.. It was excellent.. There weren't any dishes that were ordered that were left un eaten.. And the price was pretty good... About $35 per person including drinks.. Less if you drink pop. We will be going many more times.
Amazing food, good service and price was very reasonable.
Great variety of options including sushi, Thai and Western food options. Made to order as you choose what you want using the iPad provided for all you can eat option. Everything from appetizers to desserts. Selection is even larger for the dinner menu but price is also a bit higher (just under$30/person if I remember correctly). It is also cheaper during the week than on the weekend. Food usually comes out very quickly .
I order from there on a regular basis and the messed up my order tonight and refused to fix it. The owner said they’d give me 15% off my next order. Sticking with Oshos from now on. Owners there fix problems instead of ignoring them and the service is great there.
Great service and good food.
Great food and service
Went in to Fusion for lunch today, sushi was pretty good but not the best I have ever had. Service though was adequate and fast! Overall it was a good experience.
Love sushi and everything yummy in unlimited quantities? Then get here!
Yummy fresh and the service is awesome!
Food is so phenomenal with great prices. Hope they don't move from their current location!
The only all you can east sushi that I will go to. The fish is fresh the staffs amazing and the food comes quick. Hands down the best all you can eat out there.
A friend introduced me to Fusion this week for lunch. Great little Vietnamese restaurant with an Asian menu. Sushi, rolls, wonton and more with a diverse menu. They have an iPad type device to place your order in individual sizes and as many serving you want. But my friend tells me they frown on wasting which makes sense to me. The lunch menu is all you can eat for a reasonable price and gives you a place to check out the food and service which we found pretty decent. The sushi was great!
Great fresh food, friendly staff and a nice sit down environment, i enjoyed having a meal here
VERRRY DELISH!!Just passing through town and had heard great things about this restaurant from a family member and a friend of how GREAT this place is. When I saw we were passing through Lethbridge I knew it was a must stop even though my husband does not like Thai or sushi.I was very impressed. We opted not to go for the all you can eat option as we were not actually that hungry (and my husband is picky AF) and we both left extremely satisfied! I personally would plan to go back the next time we are in town and I think my husband wouldn't contest either!I ordered a bento box that could feed two of me! Definitely some of the greatest California rolls that I have ever had! I love that they shred their cucumber it makes the cucumber taste so good!!
Good quality sushi and other Japanese dishes. The all you can eat is understandably expensive but worthwhile for a treat. To the table service is prompt and very good. The tables are a bit crowded if the place is busy, but not so much during lunch. Presentation is good and dish sizes are decent, although some are on the small side.Definitely recommended for special occasions and celebrations.
